Can spectators come along?

Unfortunately we cannot allow entry to anyone not participating in our class due to covid regulations, venue capacity and safety regulations

When can I book?

Classes are released every Sunday at 2pm to book for the following weekends sessions. Classes are only released 1 week before due to venue availability and covid regualtions.

Where are your classes?

Our regular weekend sessions are held in Logan but we also do pop up sessions all over Brisbane, just subscribe to our mailing list for updates on new locations!

If I made the booking in my name can someone else use it if I can't make it?

Absolutely! Feel free to give you session to whoever you want just let them know to say the name the booking is under so theres no confusion

When will you guys travel interstate?

As soon as we have a connect and work around COVID we'll be travelling everywhere :)
